​​Pre-Shave Policy

Pets with matted coats or excessively long hair that require shaving prior to bathing will have an additional $5–$10 fee added to their base grooming price.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee will be added to your next groom.

Chronic no-shows will be required to pay the $50 fee before scheduling another appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel appointments at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations will require a $25+ deposit before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Confirmation Policy

We send a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled.

Sunday Boarding Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Boarding drop-offs or pick-ups on Sundays are subject to an additional $25 fee.

Boarding Pick-Up & Drop-Off

For boarding stays:

• Drop-off before 12:00 PM or pick-up after 12:00 PM will be charged our $20 day-stay rate.

• If you need to request a specific pick-up or drop-off time outside of our normal business hours, an additional $55–$75 fee will apply.
