​Pre-shave Policy

​Pets with matted coats or excessively long hair that require shaving prior to bathing will have an additional $5-$10 added on to their base groom price.

No-show Policy

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment there will be a $50 no-show fee added to your next groom. Chronic no-shows will result in a $50 fee before you schedule your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

Please make sure to cancel appointments 24-48 hrs before. If you cancel on the same day of your appointment there will be a $25+ deposit required prior to scheduling

Confirmation Policy

If you do not confirm the appointment within 24 hours it will be canceled. We

send out a confirmation text 48 hours prior to the appointment.

Boarding Pick up and Drop off for Sundays

Dropping off or picking up on Sundays is an additional $25

Boarding Pick up and Drop off

If you drop off before 12pm for boarding or pickup after 12pm you will be charged our day stay rate. 

If you need to request a specific time for pickup and drop off outside of our normal business hours it will be an additional cost of $15-$20
