​Pre-shave Policy

​Pets with matted coats or excessively long hair that require shaving prior to bathing will have an additional $5-$10 added on to their base groom price.

No-show Policy

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment there will be a $50 no-show fee added to your next groom. Chronic no-shows will result in a $50 fee before you schedule your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

Please make sure to cancel appointments 24-48 hrs before. If you cancel on the same day of your appointment there will be a $25+ deposit required prior to scheduling

Confirmation Policy

If you do not confirm the appointment within 24 hours it will be canceled. We send out a confirmation text 48 hours prior to the appointment.
