Serenity Paws is a safety-sensitive workplace.

Our team members work with animals capable of unpredictable behavior and situations that can involve physical risk. Employees may be responsible for handling fearful animals, operating professional grooming equipment, transporting pets, monitoring kennel environments, and responding to emergencies.

For these reasons, we maintain policies designed to promote safety, awareness, and fitness for duty.

These standards include:
