We know that there are some questions and concerns about the membership at times.  We want you to know that we are here to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We can walk you through the sign-up process and tell you more about the strategy of our membership salon over the phone, in person, through email, or even a text. Reach out any time. We have found that the most practical and budget-friendly package for our clients is the Bronze.  This will cover everything most clients need- from this package you can pick 3 add-ons of any value- most choose dremmeling, ear cleaning/plucking, and a really good conditioner (but there are several to choose from and we can help set you up with the best options as some may be better for different breeds and situations).  We HIGHLY recommend all pets get groomed once every 4-6 weeks. This is good for your companion as it helps with socialization, routine, a healthy nail length, quicker groom processes, observation of ear canals, skin, coat, and a good relationship with your groomer. If you are looking for a more robust package you can definitely choose more inclusive options. You only need one membership per family.

 

WHY WAS THE MEMBERSHIP PUT IN PLACE?

Our membership model was designed for many reasons, but some of the most important reasons are:

  • it helps us keep clients on a routine schedule

  • gives us the ability to pay our team better wages

  • it gives us the ability to afford the cost of keeping our salon as safe and comfortable as possible- from walk-in tile tubs, clean towels, and ear protection for our team and your companion to ventilated rooms that are monitored for ideal temperatures (to name a few) 

  •  it allows us to afford support staff/guardians to simply sit with your pet if it is anxious or barks a lot to help them feel safe and calm or simply take them for a quick walk in Mary Kyer Park to relieve themselves, or even help walk you to your vehicle. (remember, we are a no-bark salon and this is not only possible- because dogs are AMAZING and SMART, but it helps keep stress levels lower.) 

  • it gives us the opportunity to expand our efforts in education so that we can partner with our team and clients to help them be the best they can be 

  • it also allows us to continue using the highest quality products and equipment in the industry to deliver the safest and best quality of service possible.
